Based in Nashville, Compass Real Estate Advisors gives tenants more negotiating strength in their commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. We believe tenants deserve unbiased advice, real time market information and strategic representation in negotiations.
We do not provide agency services to landlords or developers. This prevents inherent conflicts of interest that can arise from serving both tenants and landlords. Our loyalties are committed to you, the tenant. We are dedicated to providing a superior service by putting to work our resources, experience, expertise and attention to detail. We believe this is the right approach for the tenant and this sets us apart from other real estate service providers.

Taking the Lead

Dane Peachee established Compass Real Estate Advisors in November 2003. The idea was to give corporate tenants a valuable advocate, by delivering expert tenant representation in the Nashville area and across the United States. Today, Compass is a leader in tenant advocacy throughout the marketplace.
Dane’s experience in commercial real estate goes back to 1993 including several years with Trammell Crow Company and over 450 lease and sale transactions.
Dane is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He is married and has one child. He and his family are active, serving at WellSpring Christian Church.
